Amazing quality collar! Beautiful pink almost mauvish color, the padded side indeed very soft. There is a little metal loop for the name tag which is far more convenient than using the large loop which is intended for connecting the leash. Also since it’s located on the other side of the large loop, when you taking your dog for a walk the name tag would be right under the face vs on the back. Little detail but makes all the difference. Customer service was very fast on responses and it was a pleasure to deal with them.
